Hudson Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Yonkers, New York, for long-term or rehabilitative resident care across day, evening, and overnight shifts. The role includes admissions, discharges and transfers, medication administration and requisitions, resident assessment and reporting, care-plan implementation and evaluation, documentation, infection control, interdisciplinary collaboration, and supervision of nursing assistants or other nursing personnel. An active state LPN license and CPR certification are required; two years of prior nursing experience is preferred. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with stated pay of $34.48–$37.93 and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.
