Lexington Country Place is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Lexington, Kentucky to support resident care in an assisted living setting. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and focuses on monitoring resident health and wellbeing, medication administration, care documentation, wellness visits, communication with families and resident support services, and maintaining quality assurance. The position offers multiple shifts including day, night, and PRN coverage, requires licensure as an LPN or RN, and prefers experience with elders, assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing.
