Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse supports the clinical and clerical operations of a health and wellness center by triaging patients, performing laboratory and other diagnostic tests, administering medications and injections, assisting with provider procedures, managing health-center inventory, and supporting patient engagement. The role requires a current state LPN license in good standing, current BLS certification, at least one year of clinical LPN experience, strong organization and communication skills, and knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
