Description
Positive Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing support, health monitoring, medication assistance, client education, care coordination, documentation, and compliance support across IDD services, supportive services, housing assistance, personal care, veteran services, and other community-based programs. The LPN works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and must hold an active Georgia LPN license, graduate from an accredited practical nursing program, and have current CPR certification.
