Description
VON Canada is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for its Visiting Nursing program in Nova Scotia. The role provides person-centred primary care in clients’ homes, clinics, and community settings, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, chronic disease management, specimen collection, rehabilitative programs, and palliative care. It is a permanent, part-time position at 0.7 FTE with 52.5 hours bi-weekly, scheduled across days, evenings, and weekends, and requires a valid Nova Scotia LPN licence, a driver’s licence, reliable vehicle access, and a vulnerable-sector and child-abuse registry check.
