Description
All Heart Homecare Agency is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one private-duty nursing care in patients’ homes. The role includes skilled nursing care under physician orders, documentation, adherence to care plans, and communication with the clinical team. Compensation is $37–$45 per hour depending on experience and case, with differentials, bonuses, paid training, health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). An active New York State LPN license, CPR certification, and an infection control certificate are required; home care or private-duty nursing experience is preferred.
