Description
Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care is hiring an Evening Home Care LPN to provide skilled nursing care, medication administration, patient monitoring, education, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration for hospice patients and families in their homes. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to midnight and requires a current North Carolina LPN license, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and critical thinking skills; one year of nursing experience and hospice, home health, or long-term care experience are preferred.
