Description
Mountain Valley Hospice is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in patients’ homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities. The role includes administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures under registered nurse supervision, monitoring patient conditions, documenting changes, and collaborating with interdisciplinary providers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a weekend rotation every eighth weekend.
