Park Place is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for Meadow Ridge Seniors Village in various full-time and part-time positions. The LPN will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centered care for residents, including medication reconciliation, care planning, vital signs, activities of daily living, wound care, and documentation. The role requires graduation from a recognized LPN program, at least one year of recent related experience, and active registration with the relevant provincial college.
