Description
The LPN provides ambulatory and patient-care services under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor or Provider, including rooming patients, vital signs, point-of-care testing, medication administration, immunizations, referrals, insurance authorizations, phone triage, documentation, and infection-control procedures. The role requires an accredited LPN program, a current Illinois license, and current CPR certification; ambulatory care experience is preferred. It is a Monday-through-Friday dayshift position with medical, dental, and vision plan options and other full-time benefits.
