Third Space Therapy is hiring remote Associate Therapists to provide Medicaid-covered telehealth behavioral healthcare. The role offers flexible scheduling, administrative support for billing, insurance, and credentialing, referral support, supervision, and payment per session. Candidates must hold a valid Ohio LPC license, a master’s degree in counseling, at least six months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience, malpractice coverage, EHR and digital-tool proficiency, a HIPAA-compliant home office, and English fluency; Spanish proficiency and additional languages are preferred. The position requires knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment planning, collaboration, and thorough assessments.
