Responsibilities include conducting psychological screenings and assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary mental health team, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, making rounds to monitor inmate adjustment, applying psychological counseling theories, and consulting with various staff members regarding inmate behavior and mental health.
