Smith Pump Company, Inc. is hiring a Pump Installer, also described as a Well Rig Operator and Field Service Tech, to provide on-site service for water and wastewater pumps, motors, and controls. The role includes troubleshooting, inspections, preventive maintenance, shop teardown and repair, and collaboration with engineers, mechanics, and panel technicians. It requires approximately 75% travel throughout the Texas market, daily commercial driving, and the ability to handle 100 pounds or more; preferred qualifications include five years of pump field-service experience, Texas certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
