The role requires a master's degree and a valid New Jersey LSW, a valid New Jersey driver's license, and at least an eight-client caseload; two years of counseling experience and EHR knowledge are preferred. The position offers an hourly rate of $41.00, flexible scheduling, supervision, professional development assistance, mileage reimbursement, subsidized childcare, a 403(b), an employee assistance program, and use of the Parker gym and pool.
