Nevada Health Centers is hiring a Licensed Social Worker to provide and coordinate psychosocial programs and assistance for targeted populations. The role assesses and plans interventions, documents care, maintains knowledge of community resources, serves as a behavioral health community liaison, collaborates with interdisciplinary providers, supports behavioral health service delivery and SBIRT workflows, and ensures compliance with section 330(h) homeless-program funding requirements. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in social work and current Nevada LSW licensure or eligibility for a provisional license with full licensure obtained within 90 days; bilingual Spanish and English and at least one year of outpatient behavioral health experience are preferred.
