The employer is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to work on a PRN basis in a skilled nursing facility. The role evaluates and treats residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develops treatment plans; performs clinical and instrumental swallow evaluations; monitors progress; documents care; and educates residents, families, and caregivers. The position requires a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a current Pennsylvania SLP license, CPR certification, and strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care, dysphagia management, and knowledge of Medicare Part A/B, PDPM, and SNF documentation requirements.
