Community Medical Services is hiring a Substance Use Disorder Counselor for an outpatient behavioral health setting. The role involves managing a caseload, conducting individual and group counseling, completing behavioral health assessments and treatment plans, evaluating treatment effectiveness, coordinating care and referrals, involving family and natural supports, and maintaining compliant client records. The position pays $28-$32 per hour, follows a Monday-Friday 5:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. schedule, and offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Candidates need a master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and licensure or limited licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW; CAADC certification is supported if not yet obtained.
