Batlin Recovery is hiring a licensed therapist for its multidisciplinary residential substance use disorder treatment team in Missouri. The full-time therapist will assess clients, create individualized treatment plans, provide individual, group, and family therapy, facilitate psychoeducation, coordinate integrated care, conduct crisis and risk assessments, maintain compliant clinical documentation, and participate in supervision and professional development. The role requires a relevant master's degree, Missouri licensure or eligibility for LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Missouri Credentialing Board addiction credentials, plus clinical assessment, evidence-based therapy, documentation, and knowledge of Missouri SUD regulations and ASAM criteria.
