LynLake Centers for Wellbeing is hiring Licensed Therapists in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota for a hybrid outpatient role providing individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy in a collaborative, trauma-informed setting. The position offers W-2 full-time or part-time employment, as well as a 1099 contractor option, with flexible scheduling, billing/credentialing support, and competitive commission-based compensation. Candidates must hold a relevant master's or doctoral degree and Minnesota licensure in one of several therapy credentials, with prior group practice or outpatient experience required and preferred specialties including trauma, neurodivergence, children, and other high-need populations.
