LifeStance Health is hiring Licensed Therapists for its outpatient behavioral health practice in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. The role provides flexible schedules, telemedicine and in-person care, full administrative support, and a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must be fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana, have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, and cannot be dependently licensed. Compensation is up to $84,000–$107,000 per year with no cap, plus an annual cash bonus, while benefits include health, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, parental leave, and other benefits.
