Daybreak Health is hiring fully licensed California mental health clinicians as 1099 independent contractors to provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adolescents and adults ages 11–60 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions. The role also includes psychoeducation for parents or caregivers, with fully remote work from anywhere in the United States, flexible scheduling, paid assessments and no-shows, malpractice insurance, biweekly pay, and a tiered session-based compensation structure of $75–$90 per session plus a $5 bilingual differential.
