Virginia Veterinary Specialty & Emergency is hiring a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) – Emergency for its Charlottesville, Virginia emergency department. The role provides advanced emergency veterinary nursing, including restraint, postoperative care, catheter placement, wound management, anesthesia support, emergency procedures, diagnostic testing, triage, client education, and equipment operation. The position offers three 12-hour shifts per week from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with compensation of $30–$40 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, retirement matching, paid time off, and paid license fees and dues.
