Description
Crown Hospice is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Victoria, Texas to provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients, coordinate with RN case managers and interdisciplinary teams, monitor comfort and symptom management, educate and support patients and families, and maintain accurate documentation. The role requires a current Texas LVN license, offers a flexible schedule, and prefers hospice or home health experience, compassionate bedside manner, strong communication and organizational skills, and reliable transportation.
