Description
Fidelity’s Licensing Accelerator Program is a pre-employment career exploration and exam-preparation program for people entering or changing careers in financial services. Participants receive study materials, exam-fee support, access to Fidelity resources and leaders, and preparation for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. The program does not constitute employment or involve performing work for Fidelity. After successful completion, recruiters may support participants in applying for a full-time Customer Relationship Advocate role, where they can pursue the Series 7 and other licenses.
