Zones LLC is hiring a Licensing Advisor to manage proactive client engagement for software lifecycle maintenance, subscription renewals, license escalations, renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and reporting. The role coordinates with CSS, account support, SAM, and other internal teams; presents reports and action plans; resolves complex licensing issues; and analyzes trends and pricing to support custom deals. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, experience with Tier 1 software publishers and IT software account management, ticketing-system experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, Microsoft product knowledge, and Microsoft MCP (Licensing) completion. The position offers optional health insurance and other benefits, with a work schedule of 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan time.
