Licensing and Regulatory Strategy Lead at Proxima Fusion

Proxima Fusion is hiring a Licensing and Regulatory Strategy Lead to own the licensing and regulatory strategy for its Alpha and Stellaris fusion projects. The role will define regulatory pathways, identify risks and approval milestones, coordinate with regulators and government bodies, represent the company in policy discussions, and build a scalable licensing function. It reports to the COO and requires substantial experience with complex industrial or energy infrastructure licensing, strong communication and relationship-building skills, English fluency, and willingness to be based in or relocate to Munich.
