Earthbound Brands is hiring a full-time Licensing Business Development Manager to support the Sales team and the Director’s client portfolio through prospecting, pipeline development, licensee relationship building, deal support, and trade-show coordination. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in licensing, sales, business development, or a related field, along with strong research, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills. The position is based in the Flatiron District of New York City, with the team in the office Monday through Wednesday and some domestic travel.
