SHINE Technologies, LLC is hiring a Licensing Manager in Janesville, Wisconsin to lead licensing staff and oversee licensing and compliance activities for nuclear regulatory matters. The role is responsible for defining and executing licensing strategies, managing regulatory engagements and correspondence, maintaining licensing bases and corrective action programs, interfacing with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other regulators, and supporting long-term compliance. The position is full-time and offers hybrid or remote work consideration across the United States, with travel as needed; the base salary range is $160,000 to $200,000 per year.
