Description
Jisc is hiring a permanent Licensing Portfolio Specialist to identify, develop, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements for software, platforms, and services supporting education and research. The role leads vendor negotiations, develops business cases, manages renewals and portfolio value, supports procurement and tendering, and prepares reports for senior stakeholders. It requires experience with complex commercial agreements, financial proposals, negotiations, procurement, stakeholder relationships, and education or digital services, with a hybrid working pattern across Jisc hub offices in London, Bristol, Manchester, and Oxford.
