SHINE Technologies, LLC is hiring a full-time Licensing Manager - Recycling in Janesville, Wisconsin to lead licensing staff and manage licensing and compliance activities for used nuclear fuel recycling under applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The role serves as the primary interface with regulatory agencies, including the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and is responsible for licensing strategy execution, regulatory correspondence, compliance support, budgeting, and coordination of technical and licensing deliverables. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 7 years of nuclear regulatory/engineering/operations/quality assurance experience, and knowledge of CFR, NRC, and Agreement State licensing processes.
