Description
The Product Manager will own the ongoing development of a digitized regulatory licensing and investigations platform. The role involves gathering and validating licensing requirements, analyzing business workflows, documenting processes and regulatory interpretations, facilitating stakeholder workshops, supporting user acceptance testing, contributing to project planning and progress reporting, and preparing training materials. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or significant related experience, prior product management, business analysis, or related experience, strong regulatory licensing knowledge, process-documentation skills, and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, Trello, and data analysis tools.
