Description
The Adoption and Licensing Representative (ALR) is a part-time, non-exempt animal shelter role reporting to the Adoptions Manager. The position handles pet licensing applications and payments, license records and certificates, licensing reports, account imports, renewal and delinquent notices, adoption counseling, meet-and-greets, animal transactions, public inquiries, and kennel-cleaning support. It requires customer service, animal handling, data entry, Microsoft Office, cashiering, communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work.
