Description
The Cell Leader coordinates production, quality, safety, staffing, equipment readiness, and continuous improvement within a work cell. Responsibilities include inspecting and preparing the cell, assigning operators, providing materials, enforcing safety and quality procedures, tracking production and WIP, updating 4D boards, managing changeovers, training operators, and supporting emergency response. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, motor skills, leadership, and knowledge of quality and environmental management procedures.
