Description
The Inventory Control Specialist ensures the integrity of financial and physical inventory by identifying variances, adjusting and auditing journal entries, assessing stock levels, participating in inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining audit documentation, and improving inventory processes. The role requires at least two years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic Excel knowledge, and may require forklift or Power Industrial certifications. Physical work may involve prolonged standing, bending, lifting, working at heights, and wearing personal protective equipment.
