DHL Express México is hiring a Líder de Proyecto y Soporte I – Programs (OPS Hubs) to lead IT operations and critical incident response for the Guadalajara distribution center. The role covers system availability, user support, vendor and SLA management, business continuity, industrial automation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and technology project transitions. It requires an engineering degree in systems, mechatronics, electronics, industrial automation, or a related field, at least three years of IT operations or critical-support experience, and knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, advanced troubleshooting, server-PLC integration, and microcontrollers.
