Description
The role leads and develops a production team, distributes work according to production priorities, plans and controls department activities, defines service priorities, coordinates tools and testing with programmers and operators, solves technical problems, reduces setups, improves process efficiency, supports continuous improvement, analyzes failures and corrective actions, and ensures safety, 5S, equipment use, and measurement practices. The position requires a completed technical course, Office knowledge, and preferably a degree in progress or completion and SAP knowledge.
