Description
The Workers’ Compensation Hearing Representative will represent employers, insurance companies, and TPAs in lien conferences, lien trials, and related medical-legal appearances. Responsibilities include managing lien files, preparing and filing legal documents, researching cases, communicating with parties and clients, attending hearings, negotiating settlements, preparing case proposals, maintaining case notes and billing records, and traveling to WCAB venues as needed. The role requires at least two years of experience as a Hearing Representative in California Workers’ Compensation Defense, knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation law, strong communication and organizational skills, and a client-focused approach.
