Jacoby & Meyers is hiring a full-time, fully remote Lien Negotiator to negotiate post-settlement medical liens, including health insurance, hospital, private medical provider, and state and federal liens. The role also involves finalizing cases, keeping clients and providers informed, drafting reduction letters, obtaining final medical balances, organizing medical bills, and communicating with Medi-Cal and Medicare. Prior lien negotiation experience is preferred, along with customer service experience, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, attention to detail, deadline and quota management, multitasking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position pays $24.00 to $28.00 per hour and offers medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance among other benefits.
