ISN Corporation is seeking a Mortgage Lien Release Specialist to protect borrower privacy, process lien-release requests for mortgage loans, track and prioritize lien-release tasks, maintain accurate records, support audits and other loan-servicing functions, and respond to claims-related inquiries. The role requires six months of mortgage industry experience, data-management and FHA and HUD knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and 10–80 WPM data-entry speed.
