Carrington Mortgage Services is hiring an onsite Lien Release Specialist in Westfield. The role processes paid-in-full loan requests, prepares and records reconveyances and lien releases, reviews collateral and mortgage documents, audits legal-entity vesting, resolves vendor exceptions, reconciles payoffs, and supports customer service inquiries. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent experience, at least two years of mortgage-industry experience, knowledge of service releases and mortgage-document auditing, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The target pay range is $22.00–$24.00 per hour.
