Description
The Assistant Café Leader supports the Café Leader by leading daily café operations, coaching and developing team members, managing labor and food costs, supporting hiring and onboarding, and maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and Life Time brand standards. The role requires hospitality and service leadership, POS, food-handling, and inventory experience, physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, strong communication and organizational skills, a high school education, and ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Alcohol Safety, and CPR/AED certifications.
