Description
Enso Village is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Specialist and Director in creating and delivering person-centered programs for residents across Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living. The role involves planning and facilitating activities, providing one-on-one visits and companionship, assisting residents with outings, documenting engagement, maintaining supplies, and collaborating with care staff and volunteers. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid California driver’s license, CPR and First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days, and availability for a five-day schedule, weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events. Compensation is $22-$26 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage available from the first day of employment.
