Westminster at Lake Ridge is hiring a part-time Life Enrichment Associate to plan and implement group and individual life enrichment programs for residents in the Assisted Living-Memory Support neighborhood. The role assesses resident needs, develops person-centered programming, assists with transportation, maintains activity records, and supports the Director of Life Enrichment. A high school diploma or associate degree in a human service field, six months to one year of related experience, and Dementia Practitioner certification or eligibility to obtain it within 90 days are required.
