New Hanover House is hiring a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design, coordinate, and deliver person-centered activities, events, outings, and memory-care programming for senior living residents. The role focuses on social engagement, cognitive stimulation, holistic well-being, resident and family relationships, volunteer management, community partnerships, event planning, documentation, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with care, dining, and leadership teams. Candidates should have relevant recreation, therapeutic recreation, gerontology, or social work education preferred; 1–2 years of activity-planning experience; dementia-care experience preferred; strong creativity, organization, communication, interpersonal, and event-planning skills; and Microsoft Office proficiency.
