LearnTastic is hiring a Life Enrichment Coordinator to create and lead engaging recreational, social, and community-engagement programs for residents. The role involves planning activities, organizing events, encouraging resident participation, tailoring programs to different needs and abilities, and collaborating with care staff to improve the resident experience. A degree or certification in recreation therapy, social work, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in activities programming, senior living, or hospitality.
