Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, organize, and direct individual and group programs for senior community residents. The role promotes programs, tracks participation, designs engaging activities, maintains a monthly calendar and schedules, recognizes special occasions, manages supplies and the enrichment budget, and ensures programs comply with applicable regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while experience in therapy, activity, education, nursing, or senior services is preferred; the position requires flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, and the ability to drive residents to outside activities.
