The Life Enrichment Director will plan, organize, and lead social engagement and recreation programs for residents of Brandywine at Huntington Terrace, a senior living community in Melville, New York. The role coordinates events, volunteers, outings, partnerships, budgets, compliance, and resident well-being while supervising team members. It requires 1–3 years of supervisory or social-engagement experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, and computer proficiency; an ADC or CTRS certification and dementia experience are preferred. The position offers a $69,000–$73,000 yearly salary, Sunday–Thursday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. hours, and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
