Charter Senior Living is hiring a Life Enrichment / Programming Assistant to support the planning and implementation of social, recreational, educational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities for assisted-living and memory-care residents. The role involves leading activities, encouraging resident participation, coordinating outings and special events, preparing activity spaces, maintaining calendars, documenting activities, and building relationships with residents and families.
