QLI is hiring a Life Path Assistant to support residents in a healthcare setting by helping them participate in daily activities, recreational programs, and individualized quality-of-life projects. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, using iPads, reading letters, making birthday cards, participating in sports and social activities, and adapting creative projects such as painting, knitting, woodworking, and online shopping. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a valid driver's license, and be certified as a Nursing Assistant, with paid training offered to eligible candidates who lack certification.
