Description
PEAK is hiring a Data Center Fire Protection Design Engineer to work on data center facilities projects across the United States. The role leads technical design for fire alarm, detection, smoke control, fire protection, and other life-safety or low-voltage systems; produces drawings, specifications, calculations, network diagrams, and 2D/3D deliverables; supports construction administration; and coordinates with clients, vendors, and code officials. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, fire alarm design and installation experience, familiarity with major manufacturers, knowledge of applicable codes, and project leadership experience. It offers a hybrid work arrangement, requires at least 25% travel to job sites, and pays $48 to $88 hourly.
